Growth of Portfolio

I started with small small investments.....even with the losses along the way never gave up. Just follow one strategy to diversify portfolio in every sector just to have balance of gains and loss.

I see there's very less drawdown, is this a buy only strategy? How do you choose stocks? When do you sell?
