Growth in HR Tech

I am going to start my career as a Darwinbox functional consultant. I need suggestions, after a few years of experience in this role what are the possible roles I can pitch for my next switch where there is a possibility of high salary what skills I should learn?

I just have 2.5 years of HR ops and System admin experience.
