Currently i get 10lpa in c2 grade ,my yoe is 6. what will be my salary after 15 years in tcs
That depends
You may get an average B and hence 5% every year. But when you get released in between you may get a C too.
After 5 years you may get C3A promotion. 15% but QVA will be affected a little. In C2 you get 100% . In C3A, you may not.
Then if you are lucky by end of 14 15 YoE you may get C3B. 15%.
This is an assumption, you cant guess what band you will get now.
Add 5% (average) every year. After 5 years. 15%. Then again 5% for few years .. in the end 15% .
Ohh okay ,thank you for for your reply . But I think its better to switch I believe , unfortunately I joined tcs as my second company I should have entered into tcs with a good package

And then there is Wings2 if you decide to pursue that. Again that is also subjective based on the future role and current pay at that time
