Never join any Big 4 firm in the tech domain—this is for your own good! You won’t gain much learning experience, as you’ll likely be stuck working on the same type of projects repeatedly. I’ve been in this space for over two years, and the work has become extremely monotonous.
There are times when there’s absolutely no work, but suddenly, a flood of tasks will come in, all expected to be completed by the end of the day. There’s no proper planning, no structured requirement gathering, and in the name of Agile methodology, you’ll be asked to do anything at any moment. The teams are always understaffed, making the workload even more overwhelming.
Honestly, it’s worse than working at a startup. If you’re looking for meaningful growth and structured learning, this is not the place for you.

Agile has always been such a huge scam!

I too am Stuck at EY...I have joined Ey through merger at first we were a group of around 150 employees after the merger we had a boom in clients requirements whereas issues were pending from more than a year. After a year working with EY we found that there is no opportunity or New client or any growth in Tech consulting as a partner is not capable of bringing in new projects. Employees started to resign day by day in a span of 2 years only around 60% of the employees in my cluster have resigned and left the organisation. I thought that normal new hirings would take place but it has been more than 6 months There are no new hirings and we are forced to work on multiple clients. Currently I have been assigned 6 support projects and 1 Rollout project.
