🌱Growing in HR, Evolving with AI- Open to New Opportunities in Chennai/ Bangalore

Hey Everyone!👋

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how far I’ve come and where I want to go next in my career. Over the past 2. 5 years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in HR operations and compliance, working across IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

From onboarding over 130 employees and managing US payroll for 200+ using Paychex and ADP, to supporting audits, offboarding, and cross-functional collaboration—each role has helped me understand how HR can truly drive impact.

As I look ahead, I’m hoping to transition into AI management role in a corporate (non- staffing consulting) environment, ideally in Chennai or Bangalore, where I can contribute at a strategic level while continuing to grow.

With AI reshaping the industry, I’ve also begun upskilling in data analytics, taking structured online courses to stay relevant and future-ready.
