Grievances for promotion
Can we raise grievance for not getting promotion for 9 years?
You need to be stable in project for 2-4 years, getting A or B bands. Have good repo with Manager and his/her Manager. If you've been creating issues for Manager or changing projects, Nothing can happen. Grievance wont result in anything.
You cannot raise grievances unless you are not getting response from your Line manager or HR if you are not satisfied with there response you need to connect with HRBP post that you need to connect with HR head if you are not satisfied with there response.
Also you need to have proper justification why you are not been promoted to BPO3 from last 9 years
