Has anyone raised grievance request before for talent outcome result?

If i raise now, will it be helpful in anyway for next cycle?

For previous cycle I was put into pip by someone, till date I don't even know who had put me into PIP. I raised grievance it kept on escalating, finally it reached till leadership. They changed the talent outcome

If you're a good resource then yes it can have a future impact on your promotion or regular raises

I also got PIP and when I asked my people lead then he said due to the critical feedback you were put into pip. I told him there are many positive feedbacks and I am with Accenture from last 8 years almost but they said you can include HR if you want to know who have put you into it and why... So I did that, I sent email to HR including them but in the connect HR was giving generic answers.. She said one person has not put you in PIP there are many things involved and at your level (level is 9) the comparison is done against other people. Also my people lead was saying I didn't contributed at account level so that is also one of the reason... I lost faith in Accenture and all management hence thought of to go ahead with pip but still not receive any further update on the PIP plan.. Also I heard from many people that even though we performed better in PIP plan still if they have thought of to give negative on pip then they will do that... Please if you can suggest me better advice that would be helpful.
