Take your leaves

Amazing life advice.

Optics matter more than actual work when it comes to promo. Keep as many things recorded as possible.

Sure!

How to do the optics? I feel you have to be loud mouthed, which I can't do. Any other ways?

Couple of them:-
- Mediocrity thrives in most Indian corporates.
- Politics dominates more than you think!
- Job security is a myth.
- Most managers you’ll meet will be alot inferior than you in terms of skillset or knowledge but would be great boot lickers.
- Feedbacks are biased so never take them personally.

Learning never stops be it Technology, Professionalism, Being Humble, etc. Stay hungry but don't eat from others plate.

- Stand for yourself...
- Be an actor while at work...🎭
