Great feel but hidden pain becoz not able to take care of my family .

As a TCS employee in 2024, I feel the frustration of stagnant salary growth compared to government employees, especially with the 8th Pay Commission's projected pay increase. The constant pressure, coupled with lower long-term benefits, makes private sector less appealing.
