Gratuity received full and final settlement not received

August 23 was my last working day in tcs, received gratuity amount in 4 days, not yet received full and final settlement, hiw much time will it take?

For full and final settlement it will be processed in next month salary date if your last date before 15th you will get in this month and after 15th you will get in next month
