Gratuity policy in TCS

Hi, any one has an idea on gratuity policy in TCS and when we can claim that amount and how much a person with C1 Grade can be eligible. And how many years we have to wait to claim the gratuity.

gratuity doesn't depend on company to company. It will be given once you leave your current company if you have completed a min of 4 years and 6 months of regular employment. it is calculated as [(last drawn monthly basic x 15/26) x no of years of continuous service]
