HR has scheduled a staffing call with me, mostly it is to lay me off as I have been on bench for the last 4 months. I have been with Accenture for the last 6 years. So even if I am forced to resign will I receive my gratuity amount? And how do I calculate that?

Yes, you would be paid gratuity. It is unfortunate but consider this a blessing and look out actively. Everyone is getting peanut hikes this time even for promotion. I wish you well

Yes, you will get gratuity amount. It's based on basic pay and we have lot of gratuity calculators online
