Gratuity payout criteria

I will be completing 4 years and 10 months of tenure at TCS, including 3 months of notice period. So, will I be eligible for the gratuity? TIA.

As per the policy , it is mentioned as not less than 5 years of continuous service ,you can check Gratuity policy doc from policy hub
