Gratuity in TCS

I have been in TCS for 6 years now, I have got a decent pay but my basic pay is very less portion of my current CTC so it's affecting my pf and gratuity. Is there any way I can revise my package by assigning more to basic pay. Thanks in advance.

In our intwrnal portal there is an option to increase your employees share of PF(Voluntary Pension Fund). You could increase the PF contribution till 88%of your basic salary
