Gratuity in TCS - 4 years 190 days or 5 years ?

I saw some latest data and laws and I see it is 4 years and 190 days , after which we become eligible for gratuity.

Pls confirm ?

4 year 190 days for 5 days working company.4 year 240 days for 6 days working.
