Trending @Infosys; Gratuity Clarification

Hi Guys,

Need clarity on gratuity. Consider my last working day (putting paper on May 26)is Aug 25 which is exactly 4 year and 6 month

The gratuity calculator says I'm eligible.

However I have the following questions

1. Does the notice period(3 months) be considered as continuous service.
2. During this 4 years 6 month. I was onsite for 2 years. Does it also count or it will be excluded for gratuity
