If someone resigns when they have a total exp of 4 years 10 months and by the time notice period ends the total exp will be 5 years 1 month, so still will they get Gratuity?

Yes, eligible gor gratuity. Also in HGS Portal, there is gratuity calculator, you can try.

What about for less than 4 years. I know not eligible but sometimes other companies can be kind enough and have given pro rated to few folks. Any possibility here in CG
