May i know exactly how many years I am eligible for the Gratuity ? I am hearing different answers but can anyone of you say exactly for how many years will I be eligible for Gratituty?

I have 4.8 Yrs exp in tcs and I’m able to see the Gratuity details in Sep 25 payslip

That means if we resign before 4.8 years notice period 3 months they r not counting? For gratuity? Suppose I have 4.6 years after that I resign then till LWD it will become 4.9 so that is considered or not for gratuity?
