When I was in Infosys, I left after completing 4y 8m and still received Gratuity. I would assume the same would be applicable to TCS as well.

Yes I think it will be around 3 times your basic salary of last month, but I maybe wrong

No ..it is 15 days basic per year completed . For this you need to complete for than 4.5 years ..so let's you complete 5 years you will get (15*5) days basic salary
