Graphic design manager, no job since last 3 month

Hi i am a graphic design manager and was recently promoted from team lead. I handled a team of 10 people. Because of bad company policy makers and because i did not do boot licking it did affect my job. I'm trying to look for new roles and i have 10+ years of experience. Linkdin, indeed, naukri does not seem to work for me. Is there anyone who can help?
