GrapeViners, need your urgent help - Career Advice (not a medical emergency)🆘

I need advice on something, I have got a opportunity to work with Accenture Strategy and Consulting in Oracle ERP, should i consider? I also have an offer from PwC India for the same role. The salary PwC is offering is 17 Fixed+ Variable. Whereas, Accenture is offering 21 Fixed + 4 Variable. Caveat for accenture is that i will have to move to Bangalore but PwC India is in my Home Location(Kolkata). Any insights are helpful. I also want to know an overview of Accenture S&C - Oracle perspective whether i should consider it or not. Like • Comment Share
