Grapeviners earning less than 30k a month in metro cities, how are you managing?

I don't think my lifestyle is extravagant, but it feels like 30k barely covers rent, commute, and groceries. According to what I've heard and read, living costs in metros make it hard to get by on this amount. I’m genuinely curious to know how others are coping and saving (if it's even possible)

How to survive :

PG rent three shared : 7000 Train to home once a month : 2000 Going out and Zomato : 2000 Lunch from the office : 2000

I live nearby and walk to office I sent it home : 10,000

Savings : 0

The key here is to sleep in on the weekend and order 1 meghana biriyani on saturday , Eat half , save rest for sunday . And always eat PG food , whatever is available.
