Grapevine Spamming Notifications

I get literally same notification regarding same post 4 - 8 times a day even though there are no new comments or activity on that post and some with time difference of like < 5 mins for same post with different Notification messages. I know I m a frequent user but this is not the way to spam notifications just caused I have allowed you guys 🥲
