Grapevine Salary Feature

I don't understand how to use the salary tab in this app. It is messy. Unable to derive any insights from the features provided. I think GV needs to really pick up on the job titles and go beyond those 7-8 titles. The graphs have become illegible to work upon. The whole point of the GV Salary feature was to be able to know where you stand. And I see a couple of obvious fake submissions that are glaringly visible. Is there a way to detect fraud? Is it just me or is someone else also struggling to extract value out of it? Would like a healthy discussion on this
