Grapevine misses the point of being a platform?
Am I the only one who has noticed that #grapevine has become a platform to crib only? Not that there are no productive talks happening, however people being anonymous, find it more secure to vent rather than be constructive, Agree?
It can only mean either of the two things:
- Indian Corporates are 90% trauma and 10% work. It just reflects that on the platform.
- People vent more than they talk productive.
The answer is definitely 1. Not 2.

Yes, no one replies to the actual topics for which the platform was created. Zero comments on those posts. Many comments on all other random things like memes, dating issues, etc. This platform is going downhill. Becoming desi reddit.
There are plenty of constructive posts too, but rants and venting tend to be more popular because humans love drama
