Grapevine marketing strategy ethically wrong?

Get these adda from Grapevine very commonly on LinkedIn :

  1. If I tap on the add, it doesn't take me to the post (I have the app installed already) rather takes me to the Play Store.

  2. Even if i search for these keywords, I will never find a post related to them using the search.

Ain't this ethically wrong and something like "White hat Junior" marketing strategy. Attractive headlines that are actually total lies?

PS : Have tried these many times with different advertisements. They will always be something that will lure you but actually no such posts made.
