Grapevine is going to be another quora

I don't blame anyone, we will soon be 1.4-5 Billion ppl. LinkedIn, quora, older apps are flooded. Grapevine the new kid in the block will soon end up in the same place is what I feel. I use to be a avid quora user few years back, haven't opened it up in so many years.

The trend which I observed switch, get a higher package, repeat till you get a crore plus. This sets a wrong precedent, a few might achieve this, not everyone.

I am happy that India in some way has achieved some level of pay parity, but that applies to only few. And among the few they are already here in this platform because they are updated.

Most of the discussions are around how I increase my base pay, toxic workplace ... I will be starting a poll after this post, how many are 5-8+ ppl here in this platform. The new generations seems to have a different view and idea of the world it seems.

I might be completely wrong, I started around 2016, I am in the cusp of pre covid and post

It could be like Reddit, but surely not like Quora! Or maybe at a sweet spot somewhere in between the two.
