Grapevine access to other regions markets as view access only

I feel that Grapevine should at the least provide access to the other regions like US/california markets communities with read only mode at the least. It will give Indian developers and others an insight to how the markets and other stuff are in those other regions. Read only mode will disarm people from bombarding with posts/comments also in other regions communities but will provide crucial access to thoughts and challenges and upcoming/current industry trends and activities taking place.
