Grapes getting added

Heyoll, today my grapes are getting added from somewhere, I don't know how but after further searching got to know it's from referrals. But I haven't referred anyone. So how it's happening?

if you give access code to someone for news access you will get grapes and by commenting and upvoting etc same happens, tap on grapes section you will get to know

Yes I had shared the access code, but in news section I'm seeing it isn't claimed by anyone
