Grades and package in TCS

One ofe my friend is selected after interview in TCS.

His total exp is 4.10.

Can anyone tell me what grade he should ask for and how much package ?

Grade-c1 Package-upto 11lpa I got 10lpa 3.5 yoe Also if previous ctc s high C2 grade with max 16 lpa

Grades are assigned based on experience and we can't ask for a specific grade. Same goes for package, negotiation is done based on current salary. I'm not aware of any specific bracket of salary offered.
