Is their any hike for associate of C1 to C2 . How much ? And how to get promoted from C1 to C2 ?

Why ?

Coz it's a mystery.. No transparency.. Project says pending with HR and corporate and so on.. Blame game never ends here..
One of my colleagues got promoted recently.. Just Because he is going to the base location and i ain't... Don't know what other factors they consider but my manager told me this shit 💩💩💩

Iif UP your grade amount of percentage increase is 15%. The grade purely depends on your current manager, HR will respond based on your mail only. If manager play double game he will say nothing in my hands it's purely depends ds on HR approval or promotion window opens

I got ITA promotion for 7 years, when I asked they gave me list of reasons. But I can say it totally depends on your manager not on Hr

For promotion from C1 to C2, you need to complete atleast 4 years(this criteria might change as per quarter eligibility rules). You manager has to raise it in system which you will not be able to track any where. Post unit hr and global hr approval and lot of stress you might get it if you are lucky enough. Now as far as i know they are considering RTO as well as a factor for promotion.
Promotion is extremely random. You become eligible when you complete 4 years and your name can be put in the promotion list in the immediate next quarter. After that God knows what happens. For one of my colleague, they have been delaying it for some reason or another. I joined same time as her but I got promoted even though I never specifically asked for it.
Clarification: I told my manager that I have completed 4 years and after that I didn't say anything. I am in a relatively good place in terms of work and salary so I didn't pester them like we should.
