Grade

I joined TCS in Feb 2022 as a fresher on Y grade. Last August I have cleared wings 1 and got promoted to C1. How much time it will take for me to get promoted to C2?

How difficult was it to clear wings1?

It just need consistency. You will easily clear Non technical assesment but you will have to focus on ur technical part.

C2 is managerial level, if you just have to go through promotion cycles then around 3-4 yrs depending on exp.
