You cannot transition from BPO2 to C1
You need to be BPO3 to transition to C1
Do connect with your HR for the same.

Yes. Your pay structure will change. But the total CTC will remain the same. Some money will be added to the monthly and quarterly performance pay which will be given based on RTO index
