Trending @Capgemini; Grade A4 got BOTP Mail.

I know there isn't any way possible that i can clear it. Its clearly a exit plan. The reason given was stupid and a lie, no calls, no interview, giving wrong reasons.

The truth is they don't have any projects. And laying off due to shortage of funds in there BU.

Now I want some answers regarding BOTP.

Can I resign in the mid of BOTP and what will be the notice period?
What will be the notice period if we fail BOTP?
My 1 year is completed in October my joining bonus after 1 year was likely to be received in the salary of November will I still receive it.

Please Help and Guide.

1 So u received your bonus with NOV salary
2 If you Fails in BOTP 1 month NP
3 I think You can't resign During BOTP 4 If you think that u failed in BOTP just resign with 3 months NP and search another opportunity
