Grabbed in Office politics

Guys i am facing office politics here. My colleagues have been appointed from referral from another person in the same team with different bow and he/she happens to be in the same team as well guiding him/her. Closely working with joining scrum calls and all. The colleagues got selected via wrong method as well as he/she is not technical sound and function sound as well. However all my work efforts are shared in this colleagues name and I get to be a wrong person in the team. Also in my report card i got that i must foster a teamwork atmosphere where I have many written proofs that I worked for the benefit of team without even getting that recognition. Please suggest what can be done here.
