I've heard that Cashfree payments is offering Rs. 1 Cr CTC to a group product manager with 8-10 YOE. Is is true?

If yes, what does the real job scenario look like? Work pressure? Growth? Stability?

There’s probably a huge esop component to it. I’ve heard cred pays 1cr+ packages of which like 60-70 L is esop

Cred can pay whatever you can ask for.

What returns?.. its a greed grab. If founders can rise money promising moon. .. they can throw some for the GPM too.. anyways its not like the founder is spending hard-earned money. Its Money fleèced from greedy investors.. who probably rised from HNI's benefiting from exchnage rates..
