Government Job options for IT Professional.

Hi Everyone,

I have around 5+ yr of experience in software development and a good salary.

However due to intense work pressure and dependency of USA market ,sometime I feel insecure about my future .

So thinking of switching to government jobs.

I am mainly looking in government jobs where I can use my IT experience of software development e.g banks etc.

Any input would be highly appreciated.

Not advisable.
You will never use/hone your skills in the government sector. Moreover, the culture is v v toxic.

Still if you want, try for specialist officer recruitment in public sector banks. They release some every 3-4 months. Keep checking each and every PSB's website. (Though not advised to go to the government / public sector)
