Check your organization in Teams, you can find your EDL, Engagement Delivery Lead

In my case i can't find my edl there is AD only available

In my case what happened like I got to know that I am not eligible even after fulfilling all the criteria.. I asked my manager and shared my screen goperform dashboard that everything is in green color also I was going office from feb and before that my work mode was set to remote ( 0-1/week). I told all the things to my manager, he sent a mail to HR team and then they asked my manager for a business justification for not fulfilling the RTO index. He gave the justification too..

Then after 2 days I contacted him for any update, he said like my EDL forwarded the justification mail to HR team.

But I am not sure that weather I will be promoted in this quarter or not?
