If you are ok with Salary a fully remote is good option. But I feel atleast 20% hike should be there as 30-35% hike is standard.Bit fully remote will ease many things.

I also got only 25% hike when I switched to TCS with 8 YOE. The standard that you’ve mentioned is only applicable if you’ve relatively less previous CTC, < 20 LPA.

Yeah that's correct but the company is giving remote pay little less compared to other

Dont think about hike % as of now. Here are the benefits 1) Permanent WFH 2) Role/work 3)Skill upgrade 4) here you will hardly get 0-5 % in hike in next 5 years. 5) u r a lateral hire here so u will always be treater as fresher and outsider whatever past experience u hv. 6) u will loose all ur skills if u stay here for long. 7) u will be the first in the so called fludity list even u are a top performer because this org.is full of oldies who nobody is able to touch because of the strong eco-system they have. 8) you will never go in that comfort zone. 9) u r in the prime years of ur professional career , so just encash it. 10) there is a world outside and ppl are doing better

25 —> 28 is not a good decision to switch unless you have a strong reason

Getting a permanent remote, taking this based on Tcs current situation. Also i am working on a support project but Trinamix works on only implementation projects. I can move to my home town also and can save 30 to 40k so considering all these factors

Better join Trinamix. As work is remote you will save good money

I would take any offer which provides permanent work from home.

Work life balance is more important

How did you tackle the notice period ? Did you resign first and then gave the interview or you still haven't resigned and you will serve 90 days and join ?
