It can change. Depends how valuable you are to the project. But honestly dont trust these guys. Find job outside. They will promise you and they might cheat you in the end. So be careful

My manager told us that discussions are currently going on. He even asked few of us to send a summary of our contributions in the fiscal years. This is the extent of my knowledge.

These discussions happened with us in late July itself...Managers already know how much hike you are receiving , only they will be conveying in November.
