I got terminated from my project. Since I was facing severe medical issues I requested for self release, my supervisor told there is no such option available. I have taken many UPLs due to health issue from past 2 months. They were not ready to change my shift from graveyard to morning. As I was not willing to continue working in night shift they terminated me. Now my supervisor is saying that HR will put me on PIP. May I know if that is possible?
