Got team release but no account release

I asked my manager for team release and he is ok for it but not getting an account release as he is saying it is difficult. What should I do now, should I search projects internally or should I be fixed on account release? BTW my account only has .net dev roles which I don't like or else I have to look for more of a cloud roles in current project.

Pls give genuine advice.
