Got TCS offer but rejected

TCS offer rejected after negotiation! 🤔

Got a 33% hike offer from TCS, negotiated for 50%, and HR said they'd consider it. However, they just sent a rejection email citing 'other candidates more aligned with business requirements'. 🤷‍♂️

Email snippet: "Thank you for considering TCS... We've decided to move ahead with other candidates... Please explore other opportunities on the TCS careers portal."

Any suggestions on what to do next? Should I explore other openings or wait for potential future opportunities? 🤔"

Here also worst scenario is going on .. Check all information about tcs. Don’t think about job security. Because of new management, you will get new torture here. Try to join better company and better offer. Because of D band , your salary will reduce upto 17% . Tcs people will be locking here. Everyone thinking tcs people enjoying. But originally tcs people locked here couldn’t escape from here.

You were becoming costly for them to hire... Since you asked for 50% hike... They must have got someone for the same position asking lower than what you are asking.

Atleast they should intimate me saying we cannot offer this much and if you are okay with 33% we can proceed like …. Just in 1 day they have rejected … from last December I have joined interview for 3 times the panel members are not joined …
This time everything went smooth .. finally this is the out put

I have also got an offer in TCS with same 35℅ hike and I have also negotiated for 50℅ but they didn't accepted. So I have accepted the offer. And now I'm planning to try for counter offer by keeping that offer.

Joining with 33% is the worst! You won't get hikes for two years. You can get this much in your existing company only if you try.

Nothing less than 50-60 percent hike should convince anyone to join TCS. And then one should use that CTC to join another company!
