I am not happy to join internal project. They are telling that you won't get roll off here.pros and cons of internal project

As far as I know Internal project has pros

  1. Internal projects has more budget and doesn't depend on client budgets(promotion/vpay would be more).
  2. You don't have to work on shifts(most of the projects work on local timezone(general shift).
  3. Your promotion doesn't depend on client feedback.
  4. Getting roll-off in client based project is also tough, they won't release easily.
  5. You don't need to work on festivals(in client-based prj u may have to work on festivals because clients doesn't celebrate our festivals, you have to work on festivals which is celebrated by clients coz you need to support the application).
