Trending @Infosys; Got TA role salary revision but not on Feb hike
I got a TA role change with salary revision but they have revised my old salary, I've got a yearly hike in Feb 2025, can I get both hikes ? Can raising IHD will help ? They have dropped me down from ACON by giving the TA promotional mail just before video assessment results.
Hi all, Sharing my scenario,
- SSE hike (feb) letter - 35k to ~41k (gross roughly)
- Promotion TA letter (today) - 35k to ~42k+4.7k =~47 K
So overall, i got 30.5% hike (considering from 35k), but why promotion letter is showing from 35k i have no clue, maybe bcoz it has mentioned, effective 1st Jan (maybe). Unit: DNA TotExp: 3.3yrs (join as fresher).

You might have gotten a promotion hike + yearly bonus in the role change letter
Only the promotion hike of TA I can see
Just calculate your hike percentage if you get your hike percentage more than 20-22% then they have included both your hike n new compensation
