Trending @Capgemini; Got succeeding rating . How much hike will I get and do I get promoted from A5 to B1

I'm A5 and my appraisal cycle is July. Now I got succeeding rating. No matter how much I work, my manager always gives me the same rating and I'm thinking to ask release from the project. Does anyone know how much hike do I get and do I get promotion from A5 to B1?
