Got shitty laptop

Joined a company recently and they gave me a shitty Linux laptop whose screen is just unbearable for me who is used to using Mac for past work experience. How to handle this? Before joining I presumed they would give Macs but they didn't.

Oh god, I can understand how it feels. I customize everything including the font before I can get going.

I would bring up the issue only if it's preventing you from being productive.
Is it under specced ?
