Trending @Accenture; Got Shadow locked and put on project bench

I got shadow locked to a project but been put on bench, should I ask for a roll-off or just try getting a new project and then ask for a roll-off?

Also I missed 2opportunities because of this. Please give me any advice on what to do I feel like I am stuckk.
