whats ur ctc if I may ask. I am level 9 in CN and did not get any hike and 9% variable. Just asking to see if the current package had something to with the decision. I am having 22 ctc

Same here... I am at CL9 SINCE last 2 years AND no base pay increase... CTC is 22 This time they have given only 5% hike in base pay and reduced my variable to 12% which was coming more earlier

Depending on your initial and updated CTC, if you are on 9L package and getting 12% hike, then it's just a number for psychological effect. Better to move on. If you know what I mean.
