As in title, just got revised compensation letter for milestone completed in Jan-Mar Qtr.

For me they removed Elevate incentive and added to personal allowance. Its for pp3 n pp4

It would be the sum total of pp1-pp4, since if your clear all 4, it becomes part package and not dependent on band.

That depends on a number of factors. Have heard numbers in range 4-40% for completing all power plays with distinction
